The Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon is now accepting applications for its Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Business Administration (BA) for working professionals based in the Delhi-NCR region. Interested candidates can apply through the official website at mdi.ac.in.
The 24-month PGDM in Business Administration, offered by the Gurgaon-based institute, is available to working executives and entrepreneurs in the National Capital Region (NCR) who have no prior formal management education, according to the official announcement.
The program offers an ideal opportunity for professionals looking to strengthen their managerial skills without interrupting their careers,” said the institute. Working professionals can submit their applications for the PGDM program on MDI Gurgaon’s official website by July 15, 2025.

MDI Gurgaon PGDM in BA Program: Duration and Course Outline
The BA program spans two years, with each academic year comprising four terms. The management curriculum encompasses 20 core subjects and 14 elective courses. The final term culminates in a mandatory fieldwork experience.
The syllabus includes lectures, case studies, group discussions, business games, and simulations. Classes will be held in the evenings and on weekends. "In the first three terms, classes will take place from Thursday to Sunday evenings, 6:30 pm to 9:45 pm, and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:15 pm," the institute stated.
The institute mentioned that companies such as Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Deloitte, American Express, Essar, Accenture Strategy and Consulting, Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd, ICICI, Carrier Airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd, and many others have been part of the program in the past.
