Eligibility 

Selection Criteria 

B.Tech 

• Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum 55% aggregate and compulsory subjects Physics, English, and Mathematics (Biology can replace Mathematics for Biotechnology). 

• Valid JEE Mains/ BITSAT/ SAT India/ CUET/ Any State Engineering Entrance Examination percentile/score
• University's own entrance exam: NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT). NUAT is mandatory if you do not have any other exam scores 

BBA 

• Class 10 and 12 with a 50% aggregate, with English and three other recognised subjects 

• Valid JEE Mains/ BITSAT/ SAT India/ CUET/ Any State Engineering Entrance Examination percentile/score; 
• University's own entrance exam: NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT). NUAT is mandatory if you do not have any other exam score
• Shortlisted Candidates must appear for Student Personal Interaction (SPI) 

M.Tech 

• Class 10 and 12 with a 50% aggregate
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology and Architecture 
• A master's degree in any Specific domain such as Science, Geology, Environmental Sciences, Computer Applications 

• Valid Scores of GATE or CUET-PG are required 
• University exam NUAT) is required to get admission if you don't have a valid GATE score 

P.hD

• 55 % aggregate in a master's degree is required 

• Valid Scores of GATE, UGC NET, as well as CSIR-NET or JRF are required 
• If you have the scores of  GATE, UGC NET, CSIR-NET or JRF, you are exempted from giving the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT)

Integrated Programme MBA

• Class 12 with minimum 55% aggregate
• Class 10+2 from a recognised board with English and ¾ recognised subjects  

• Valid Scores of CUET, SAT, IPMAT, JEE Main, BITSAT, NEET, or state-level engineering/management entrance exams 
• If you have scores in CUET, SAT, IPMAT, JEE Main, BITSAT, NEET, or state-level engineering/management entrance exams, you are exempted from giving the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT)
