Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University (SGT), Gurugram, is a state private university. It was established in 2013 and is located in Gurgaon, Haryana. SGT Gurugram Admission 2026
SGT Gurugram offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the courses is either merit or entrance-based, followed by group discussion and personal interview. The university accepts national/state level entrance exam scores for admission to various courses. Candidates are required to appear for the respective entrance examination and obtain a valid score to be eligible for admission. Further, candidates can visit the official website of the university to fill the application form for registration. For the final admission, candidates have to submit the documents for verification and pay the course fee. Candidates can also avail SGT University scholarships under certain criteria.

1: SGT University Application Process 2026
Candidates can apply either online or offline. The application form can be collected from the campus or by registering online with personal, academic and other details on the university website.
2: Selection
The selection of candidates for UG courses is based on CUET scores or JEE Main, NEET UG scores. The university also accepts CUET-PG for PG courses such as, MSc, MPharm, etc. The university conducts an entrance test/ interview and viva for admission to PhD in all streams, MPhil (Clinical Psychology) and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology programmes.
3: Admission Confirmation
Once the forms have ben filled out, candidates will have to appear for the counselling process. Upon counselling, the fee needs to paid.
Fee Concession
The university provides fee concession. The fee structure for 25% students who are domicile of Haryana are based on merit-cum-means basis as follows:
- One fifth of the 25% are granted full fee concession
- Two fifth of the 25% are granted 50% fee concession
- The balance two fifths of the 25% are granted 25% fee concession
