More than 135 recruiters took part in the SRCC placement drive, representing 15 industries, including consulting, investment banking, startups, FMCG, and e-commerce. Companies such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bank of America, Kearney, Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, Nomura, L.E.K. Consulting, and Accenture extended offers. The college witnessed a 29% rise in the number of companies visiting the campus.
For internships, students received over 115 offers, resulting in a total stipend amount of Rs 47.25 lakh. The highest monthly stipend reached Rs 3.67 lakh, with the overall stipend value increasing by 98% this year.
Principal Simrit Kaur summarized SRCC’s vision, saying, “The Placement Cell at Shri Ram College of Commerce is a symbol of excellence, cultivating lasting partnerships with renowned organisations and developing a group of industry-ready graduates ready to make impactful contributions.”

PwD hiring, new placements
Organisations like Accenture Strategy, Marico, Deloitte, and ICF Consulting took part in the recruitment drive for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), while Bain & Company, Dabur, EY, and Better.com have shown interest in hiring PwD candidates.
A beneficiary of the PwD Recruitment Drive expressed, "I am deeply grateful to the placement cell at SRCC for their invaluable support in helping me secure a position at Accenture Strategy. My experience with the placement process was excellent. The Placement Cell is highly knowledgeable and efficient at every stage. I am thankful to Shri Ram College of Commerce for offering us excellent exposure and a variety of opportunities to achieve our goals."
Additionally, Phase 1 of SRCC placements for 2024-25 is ongoing, with over 220 offers made so far. New recruiters such as S&P Global, Goldman Sachs, and NIIFL have joined, resulting in a 30% increase in offer value compared to last year, according to the chief secretary of the placement cell.
