The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has successfully concluded the final placements for its 39th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). According to IIM Lucknow’s 2025 placement data, a total of 570 students were placed, with 600 job offers extended across various sectors.
The highest domestic package offered during IIM Lucknow’s placement drive was Rs 75 LPA. According to the 2025 placement data, the highest international package reached Rs 65 LPA, while the average salary offered was Rs 32.3 LPA.

IIM Lucknow Placements 2025: Over 180 companies Participated
IIM Lucknow’s recruitment drive was held in a hybrid format, with more than 180 domestic and international recruiters taking part. Companies from various sectors, including consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales & marketing, operations & retail, and e-commerce, offered job roles to students.

According to IIM Lucknow's placement data, major recruiters included top firms like Accenture, Adani Group, Adobe, McKinsey & Company, American Express, Amazon, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, PwC, and Tata Administrative Services.
New recruiters in 2025
First-time recruiters at IIM Lucknow included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, PhonePe, and Walmart. These companies offered a mix of domestic and international roles to IIM Lucknow students.
IIM Lucknow: A Diverse Range of Student Backgrounds
The batch included both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from various fields such as finance, IT, consulting, and sales & marketing. According to IIM Lucknow's official statement, many students came from prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, BITS, and SRCC.
Priyanka Sharma, Chairperson of Student Affairs and Placement at IIM Lucknow, mentioned that the placement drive showcases the institute's strong curriculum and its capability to equip students with the skills needed to meet industry demands.
Sharma stated, "The recent final placement drive is a clear reflection of the strength of our distinctive curriculum. By integrating both theoretical and practical learning, we ensure our students not only meet but exceed industry expectations. With the economy recovering, we anticipate even more success stories in the near future."
