Recently, Xavier School of Management completed the final placement season for the 2023-25 batch of its prestigious PGDM in Business Management (BM) and PGDM in Human Resource Management (HRM) programs.
XLRI Final Placement 2025 Key Highlights
A total of 500+ students participated in the placement season from the Jamshedpur and Delhi campuses in the recruitment process. 172 companies participated, offering over 600 domestic and 2 international job opportunities, including 41 new recruiters. Additionally, 34.17% of the students received pre-placement offers (PPOs), highlighting their outstanding performance during summer internships.
The key Highlights of the placement season for the batch 2023-25 were as follows:-
- The midpoint salary for the batch of 2023-25 stood at INR 29 lakhs per annum. The top 10% of students received an average salary of INR 52.03 LPA, while the top 25% secured an average of INR 44.35 LPA.
- The average salary for the batch of 2023-25 who participated in the recruitment process stood at INR 31.08 lakhs per annum.
- The highest international offer was made at INR 1.10 crore per annum, whereas the highest domestic offer was made at INR 75 lakhs per annum.
- There were around 41 new recruiters who participated in the placement process of the Xavier School of Management this placement season.
- The most sought-after domains were Consulting, BFSI, and Sales & Marketing.
- 34.17% of students received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), reflecting their strong performance during summer internships.
- Several new companies joined the hiring process, including BDO, Capital One, ITC Infotech, Kraft Heinz, Lupin, Meesho, Navi, UKG, Vivo, Waaree, and others.
- Leading recruiters included Accenture Strategy, American Express, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, HUL, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, PwC India, Reliance, and Vector Consulting, which made the highest number of offers.
