IIM Lucknow Waitlist Movement
The IIM Lucknow final list is published after all candidates have completed the entire admission process. If a selected candidate declines their admission, their seat is offered to a candidate from the waitlist, resulting in waitlist movement.
IIM Lucknow Shortlist Criteria 2025
The IIM Lucknow shortlist is created based on candidates' previous academic qualifications, work experience, CAT exam performance, and PI-WAT scores. Shortlisted candidates are required to submit the form online by the specified deadline to participate in the IIM Lucknow MBA selection process for 2025, which includes the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates must attend the WAT-PI rounds according to the IIM Lucknow interview schedule.
The details of the IIM Lucknow selection process are provided below.
Step 1: Shortlisting for Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview (WAT-PI)
Shortlisting will be based on CAT 2024 scores, academic records, and work experience. IIM Lucknow's MBA-SM program requires a minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Candidates must achieve the minimum sectional and overall IIM Lucknow CAT percentile required for their respective category in CAT 2024.
- Composite score calculation for the IIM Lucknow Stage 1 shortlist.
- Scheduling for WAT-PI.
Candidates who are listed in the IIM Lucknow interview results are eligible for final selection. The PI results will be sent to the candidates individually via their registered email addresses.
Step 2: Final Selection of Candidates for IIM Lucknow MBA Programs
For the final selection of candidates for MBA admission 2025–27, the WAT and PI hold weightages of 10% and 40%, respectively. A minimum of 12 out of 40 marks is required to pass the IIM Lucknow PI round. The final results will be sent to the candidates' registered email IDs.
