Indian Institutes of Information Technology are commonly referred to the popularly known as III-Ts. The way to seek admission to these institutes is to qualify for the JEE Mains and Advanced exams and to apply for the counselling session through the JoSAA.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority, JoSAA, has started the counselling process for admission to various courses offered by the Indian Institutes of Information Technology to the candidates who have qualified the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. The official body has also provided the seat intake of each course offered by the participating institutes, category-wise.
This article discusses the seat intake of each participating institute for each course and what is the criteria for the candidate who can participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Process.
Seat Intake of III-Ts 2025 through JoSAA Counselling
There are 26 Indian Institutes of Information Technology across India. A candidate can seek admission to these institutes and the courses offered by them by qualifying the JEE (Mains and Advanced) examinations, and then applying for the counselling process. There are a total of 9940 seats offered by the III-Ts.
