The Department of Mathematics at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, in collaboration with the National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, has introduced a short-term course on computation tools and professional ethics.
Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), formerly known as Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), is an esteemed institution offering education and research in engineering, technology, sciences, humanities, social sciences, and management. This university was founded as the Delhi Institute of Technology in 1983. The university provides an excellent academic environment for learning and research, and it secured the 57th rank in the NIRF 2024 rankings.
The National Institute of Technical Teacher’s Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, was founded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, to enhance technical education. It offers short-term courses in various fields, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Science Engineering, as well as Educational Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Rural Development, and Applied Science.
Eligibility for Registration to Computational Tools and Professional Ethics by NSUT
The National Subhas University of Technology, Delhi, has provided a set of eligibility criteria for participation in the newly launched short-term course on computational tools and professional ethics. The main aim of this newly launched course is to provide essential knowledge on professional and publication ethics, the impact of plagiarism and unethical practices, computational tools including software and mathematical methods, as well as their theoretical foundations and practical applications in engineering and sciences.
Given below are the eligibility criteria for participation in the new short-term course on computational tools and professional ethics:-
- Interested participants are to pay an application fee of INR 118, to participate in the newly launched short-term course on computational tools and professional ethics.
- The course on computational tools and professional ethics is limited to 60 participants. And the selection is done on a first come first serve basis.
- Participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate from NITTTR Chandigarh.
- The registration deadline is March 21, 2025, or until the portal remains open.
