The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the NEET UG 2026 Round 2 provisional seat allotment for MBBS and BDS admissions. The allotment list was published on September 11, while the final Round 2 allotment is scheduled to be published on September 12. Candidates can check the allotment through the official CEE Kerala website, cee.kerala.gov.in.
The second phase of allotment covers MBBS and BDS seats under the state quota in government colleges and seats available in self-financing colleges. Candidates who have received a seat in the second phase must download their allotment memo, pay the applicable fee and join the allotted college within the prescribed deadline.
How To Download Kerala NEET UG Round 2 Allotment 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to check their allotment status:
1. Visit the official CEE Kerala website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Open the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal.
3. Log in using the application number and password.
4. Navigate to the allotment section.
5. Select the MBBS/BDS option.
6. Check the Round 2 allotment status.
7. Download and save the allotment memo for admission.
Kerala NEET UG 2026 Round 2: Important Dates
As per the CEE Kerala schedule, the second phase allotment process began with online option confirmation on September 7. Candidates were allowed to confirm, rearrange or delete their higher-order options until 10 am on September 11.
The provisional second allotment was published on September 11, followed by the final allotment on September 12.
Candidates allotted seats in the final Round 2 list can complete admission from September 14 to September 18, 2026, up to 4 pm. Colleges are required to approve and submit the list of admitted candidates through OAMS by 5 pm on September 18.
What Candidates Need To Do After Allotment
Candidates who receive an MBBS or BDS seat should first verify the college, course, category and quota mentioned in the allotment memo. They must then pay the applicable fee and complete the joining formalities within the specified period.
For seats in self-financing colleges, candidates have to pay the fee or balance fee mentioned in the allotment memo directly to the concerned college. For government medical and dental colleges, the complete fee has to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Candidates should also note that failure to join within the prescribed deadline will result in the loss of the allotment. Such candidates will not be considered for subsequent rounds of centralised allotment, according to the CEE Kerala notification.
CEE Kerala has also stated that candidates allotted seats in self-financing colleges may have to pay the provisional fee applicable for the 2025-26 academic year, as the fee for 2026-27 had not been fixed at the time of issuing the notification. Any additional amount applicable later will have to be paid as per the final fee approved for the academic year.
Candidates should therefore download and retain their allotment memo and fee payment receipt and complete the joining process well before the deadline.
