MP NEET UG 2026 Merit List: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released the revised state merit list and eligible candidates list for the MP NEET UG 2026 Mop-Up Round today, October 3, 2026, at its official website dme.mponline.gov.in. In addition to the merit list, the board has also released the vacant seat matrix for MBBS and BDS courses by colleges and subjects. The registered candidates are now required to fill up new choices from October 4 to October 7, 2026 (up to 11:59 PM).
It should be noted that all those candidates whose names are included in the revised state merit list will have to enter new choices, because the options chosen in the previous counselling sessions are no longer valid. It is recommended that candidates consider the availability of seats in government and private medical colleges on the basis of category-wise seat matrix prior to making their final choices. Once the choice locking is done, DME Madhya Pradesh will allocate seats and announce the Mop-Up round allotment results on October 10, 2026.
