Eligibility Criteria for RA, SRF & Skilled Helper Posts

Educational Qualification

• Research Associate– Ph.D. in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Plant Genetic Resources
• Senior Research Fellow – Master’s Degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology /Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Botany with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree OR candidates having 2 years post graduate degree in relevant subject with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification.
• Skilled Helper – 10th or equivalent from recognized board.
• Senior Research Fellow – Master’s degree in Plant Biotechnology/ Plant sciences specialization in Biotechnology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Plant Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification
• Senior Research Fellow -  Post Graduate Degree in Genetics and/or Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/Plant Sciences with 4 years/5years of bachelor’s degree OR candidates having 2 years post graduate degree in relevant subject with 3 years bachelor’s degree should have NET qualification.
• Skilled helping hands – 10+2; with minimum of 3 years experience of working in maize field/lab

Candidates are required to submit the application in the attached format at the time of interview along with one passport size photograph pasted on it, self attested copies of certificates

Present employer. Candidates have to bring all original documents at the time of interview.
