Eligibility Criteria for District Program Manager and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
District Program Manager: Master Degree or PG Diploma, in Rural Development / Social Work/ Agriculture and allied sciences (10+2+4) from a recognized University/ institute. Candidate should also have minimum 6 years of relevant post qualification work experience in the concerned field.
Trainee Block Project Manager: Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management / Business Administration / Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) /Social Work/ from a recognized University/ institute. Candidate should also have minimum 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience in the concerned field.
Selection Process for District Program Manager and Other Posts
Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their performance in the interview.
