The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, released the list of cut-off marks for the students who appeared for the GATE 2025 examination for admission to the Master’s program on May 15, 2025. The cut-off marks were released for the Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AIDS), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), and Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).
This is the first cut-off list released by the International Institute of Information and Technology, Bangalore. The offer letters for the qualified candidates will be sent at the beginning of next week.
M.Tech Cut-Off Marks of GATE 2025 for IIITB
The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, has published the first list of cut-off marks for the Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in the Master of Technology program.

M.Tech Program of IIITB
The Master of Technology program at IIITB develops a student into a skilled professional who can handle the obstacles presented by both academics and industry. These programs place a high value on developing your problem-solving abilities, promoting lifelong learning, and promoting cooperation between people from different professions.
A two-year, four-semester M.Tech degree is offered in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AIDS). The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, also offers scholarships to GATE-qualified students who will be eligible for AICTE fellowships by AICTE guidelines. The Institute provides industry-funded scholarships that nearly completely cover student costs for M.Tech programs.
The fee structure for the students who will be commencing the program in July 2025 is Rs. 2,30,000 each semester. For students admitted in July 2025, the total tuition price for the duration of the program will be Rs. 9,20,000.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to M.Tech Program of IIITB
The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, has provided a list of eligibility criteria for students who seek admission to the Master of Technology program. A candidate must meet certain requirements to be considered for entrance to the M.Tech program. A minimum of 65% in a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent) is needed to be eligible for admission to the M.Tech. program.

Electronics and Communication Engineering
Here is the list of eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Technology program in Electronics and Communication Engineering:-
- A candidate must have qualified for the GATE examination in the subject Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- A candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
Here is the list of eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Technology program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science:-
- A candidate must have qualified for the GATE examination in the subject of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- A candidate must have secured at least 65% marks in a four-year engineering bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent) in any branch.
Computer Science and Engineering
Here is the list of eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Technology program in Computer Science and Engineering:-
- A candidate must have qualified for the GATE examination in the subject Computer Science and Information Technology.
- A candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, and Computer Engineering.
