Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTHU) is administering the Telangana Post-graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test-2025 (TG PGECET-2025) on behalf of the Telangana Council for Higher Education (TGCHE), an official agency of the Telangana government. The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has assigned JNTUH the responsibility of administering the Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET), the state's most prestigious entrance test, in 2025.

Some of the important dates for the students who are appearing for the Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET - 2025) are as follows:-

• The notification for the TG PGECET 2025 was released on March 12, 2025.
• The registration for the examination application opened on March 17, 2025.
• The registration for the examination application will conclude on May 19, 2025.
• The correction window for the application will be open from May 22 to May 24, 2025.
• The admit cards will be available for download from June 7, 2025.
• The examination dates as provided by the official body are from June 16 to June 19, 2025.

For the academic year 2025–2026, Telangana State universities, affiliated engineering, pharmacy, and architecture colleges will only accept applications through an online entrance exam, known as the Computer-Based Test (CBT).  The full-time courses that are being offered through this examination are M.E., M.Tech., M.Pharm., M.Arch., and Graduate Level Pharm. D (P.B.), etc.
