XLRI (Xavier School of Management), Jamshedpur, and XLRI Delhi-NCR have concluded the Final Recruitment Process for the 2024-26 graduating class, marking an important milestone for their two-year PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) programs. The ultimate recruitment procedure was part of a bigger initiative.
The XLRI placed 576 students from both schools with 145 different recruiting and participating organisations, including 25 new partners with XLRI. The participating recruiters made over 576 domestic offers and two overseas offers during the recruitment, indicating the cohort’s high calibre. The summer internship placements held at XLRI resulted in 42.5% of students receiving Pre-Placement Offers (PPO), indicating that the industry values students’ professional skills.
