IIM Ahmedabad: The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) has launched the admissions process for the 25th batch of its prestigious program named General Management Programme (GMP). Approved by KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) of Dubai, this nine-month-long executive education program is specially designed for professionals, entrepreneurs and functional leaders at mid and senior levels who work in the Middle East, GCC, India, South Asia and Europe.
This landmark program of IIMA, which comes after the successful completion of 24 batches, assists the domain experts in making the shift to strategic decisions involving the entire organization. The structure of the program consists of 100 interactive sessions delivered through a blend of learning methodology comprising of 60 live web-based classes and 40 face-to-face sessions. Out of the 40 face-to-face sessions, executives get to attend the 24 sessions from Dubai campus and 16 sessions from Ahmedabad campus of IIMA during a period of 10 days. Under IIMA’s renowned case-study approach, executives study 40 to 50 cases drawn from IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School.

Program Duration & Format: A 9-month executive program comprising of 100 interactive classes.
Live Online Classes: 60 live online classes held on Saturdays (and sometimes on Sundays).
In-Person Classes: The remaining 40 classes are held as a 10-day hybrid immersion program, 24 classes at the Dubai campus of IIMA and 16 at the main campus in India.
Pedagogical Approach: Uses IIMA’s world-renowned case study approach. The participants will be analyzing 40-50 live case studies provided by IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School.
Subject Areas: Foundational business domains (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Human Resources), Competitive Strategy, Artificial Intelligence & Digitalization, Data Analytics, Leadership, Ethics, and Governance.
Alumni Status: Upon completion of the program, participants get an IIM Ahmedabad Certificate of Completion and associate IIMA alumni status.
