Karnataka MSc Nursing 2026: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has launched the link to apply online for MSc Nursing courses today, September 23, 2026 at 11 AM. Candidates interested in applying will need to visit the official website to register at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The deadline to fill the application is September 26, 2026 till 11:59 PM. 

The official admission note reads, “The eligible candidates of Karnataka origin passed the qualifying examination in the college located in Karnataka state willing to take admission may fill the online application from 11.00 am on 23-09-2026 upto 26-09-2026 – 11.59 pm in the KEA websitehttps://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.”

KEA MSc Nursing Admission 2026: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria before applying online for Karnataka MSc Nursing programmes:

1. Candidate should be a citizen of India & domicile of Karnataka
2. Candidates should have passed B.Sc Nursing (Basic) or B.Sc. Hons. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka (RGUHS), or any other University located in Karnataka state, accepted as equivalent by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The institution should have been recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. SC/ST candidates should have a minimum o f 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
3. Minimum of one year of work experience after obtaining B.Sc. Nursing (Basic), in a Hospital or in Nursing educational Institution or Community Health setting (completed or completing on or before Date of Counseling)
4. Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is mandatory.
5. The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
6. Shall be a registered nurse and registered midwife for admission to branches.
1. Medical Surgical Nursing
2. Community Health Nursing
3. Child Health (Pediatric) Nursing
4. OBG Nursing
5. Psychiatric Nursing
6. NPCC- Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care. (Further, applicants must possess a registered PB B.Sc. / B.Sc. Nursing with minimum one year clinical experience, preferably in any critical care setting prior to enrolment)
