MAH MBA CET 2026: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, has issued important instructions concerning the cancellation of allotment of seats for First Year Post Graduate Professional Technical Course in Management Admissions (MBA/MMS) 2026–2027. As per Rule 15 of Information Brochure AY 2026–27, those candidates who wish to cancel their CAP Allotment of seat to get full refund of their fees have to do that through the official website (cetcell.mahacet.org) within the deadline specified. State CET Cell has announced 13th September 2026 as the last date of online submission of the cancellation request for being eligible to claim full refund of fees apart from nominal processing charges.
Candidates need to log in to their candidate dashboard, choose seat cancellation facility and generate an online cancellation acknowledgement form of the same from the portal. Those candidates who submit their requests physically or in writing directly to the college for cancellation would not entertain any request for refund of fees. Moreover, institutes have to complete institute-level vacant seat admission and upload the final list of admitted candidates on the CET Cell portal till 5:00 PM of 15th September 2026.

MAH MBA/MMS CET Admission 2026: Key Rules & Procedure for Seat Cancellation

Cancellation Requests Online Only: All requests for cancellation should be done through the online candidate login on the official website of State CET Cell (cetcell.mahacet.org / mba2026.mahacet.org.in).
Refund Based On Rule 15: Those who have cancelled their admission from the confirmed status up to September 13, 2026, would be provided with complete refund of the fees already paid against the terms and conditions outlined in the brochure.
Penalty After September 13: Cancellation requests after September 13 will be treated as those made after the cutoff date and will not be eligible for complete refund of the fees.
Institutes to Upload Their Records Online: All colleges should do admissions against vacant seats after CAP and upload records till 5:00 pm, September 15, 2026.
