Maharashtra NEET UG 2026: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra, has started the process of registering candidates for CAP Round 3 admissions for MBBS & BDS courses through 85% state quota in the 2026-27 academic year. Qualified candidates in NEET UG 2026 can apply online and pay the fee on the official website medical2026.mahacet.org till September 26, 2026. The candidates should understand that the choices made in Round 2 are invalid now, so it becomes necessary for each candidate to make new choices from October 7, 2026, to October 9, 2026.
The seat matrix for CAP Round 3 will be released on October 6, 2026, after which the provisional selection list will be announced on October 11, 2026. The selected candidates will have to appear in person at their respective medical or dental colleges to submit the original certificates, pay the fees, and get themselves admitted officially.

Open the web browser and access the official Maharashtra CET Cell medical counseling website www.medical2026.mahacet.org.
Navigate to the NEET UG registration page and give your complete name, NEET Roll No., Application Number, and mobile number.
Fill up your personal particulars, category particulars, marks and address particulars correctly on the candidate portal application form.
Make payment of the non-refundable counseling registration fee using net banking/debit card/credit card/UPI in the prescribed time frame.
Upload the scanned PDF color copy of your NEET scorecard, mark sheet, domicile and category certificate on the candidate portal dashboard.
Verify all the details you have given and then submit the form.
