WBJEE Decentralised Counselling 2026: Phase 2 New Allocation List Today at wbjeeb.co.in

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will issue the WBJEE decentralised counselling Phase 2 new allocation list today, September 23, 2026. The allocation list will be issued at 4 PM on the official Online Decentralised e-Counselling portal. Students who have applied for the WBJEE DCAP counselling round can check the allocation list through the link on the official website. 

As per the schedule released, provisional admission against allocated seats will be conducted from September 23 to 24, 2026, and the physical verification and admission confirmation of Phase 2 will be done from September 24 to 25, 2026.

Candidates allotted seats in Phase 2 of counselling need to have the following documents ready with them when reporting to the colleges for admissions

• Downloaded Provisional Admission Receipt / Seat Allotment Letter

• WBJEE 2026 Admit Card and Rank Card

• JEE Main 2026 Scorecard (if applicable)

• Valid Photo ID Proof

• Class 10 Admit Card or Birth Certificate 

• Class 10 Marksheet and Pass Certificate

• Class 12 Marksheet and Pass Certificate

• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate

• Domicile Certificate (for West Bengal residents)

• Category Certificate

• PwD Certificate

• TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) Income Certificate

• OCI Certificate

• Recent passport-size photographs
