• JGM (HR), DGM (HR) - MSW / MBA(HR) /NIPM / PGDPM (Full Time)
• Dy. Manager (Legal) - Full time law graduate with 50% marks from recognised university.
• Manager (Finance), Assistant General Manager (Finance), Deputy General Manager (Finance) - Any Graduate from the Recognized University with CA.
• Deputy Manager (Legal) - The incumbent should be a full time LAW Graduate (LLB) with minimum 50% (pass class in case of SC/ST candidates) marks from a Recognized University / Institution.

• General Manager (Finance)- 22 years
• Joint General Manager (Finance)- 19 years
• Dy. General Manager (Finance) – 15 years
• Asst. General Manager (Finance) -12 years
• Manager, Finance – 10 years
• Joint General Manager (HR) – 19 years
• Dy. General Manager (HR)- 15 years
• Deputy Manager (Legal)- 8 years

Age Limit

• Dy. General Manager (Finance), Dy. General Manager (HR) - 40 years
• Asst. General Manager (Finance)- 37 years
