Program Manager- Livelihood (Horticulture Production) - 1 post
District M&E and MIS Coordinator – 5 Posts
District Program Coordinator – 5 Posts
District Accountant – 5 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for District Accountant & Other Posts

Educational Qualification & Experience

Project manager - Livelihood (Horticulture Production)- Person should have 2 years full time regular Master Degree/Diploma in Rural Development / Social Work/ Agriculture and allied sciences (10+2+4) or 4 years full time regular Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Dairy Technology/Agriculture and allied sciences from a recognized University/ institute. The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in related field.

District M&E and MIS Coordinator- The person should be holding 2 years’ full time regular master degree or 2 years’ full time Diploma in Computer Application or B.Tech /B.E in computer science, from a recognized University/institute. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in related field.

District Program Coordinator-Two years’ full time Post Graduate degree/diploma in Rural Management / Marketing / / Agri Business Management or Graduate degree in Agriculture / Agri Business Management/ Horticulture/Agronomy/Forestry from recognized university/institution; minimum 8 years of experience is required in the related field.

District Accountant- The person should be holding 3 years’ full time regular Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com), from a recognized University/institute; 3 years relevant post qualification experience in Accounts & finance with reputed financial firms or non-government organizations.
