Company Secretary/ Jr Company Secretary: candidate should be an associate member for ICSI or equivalent organization having 2 year post qualification experience. or 03 years of relevant experience after obtaining full time Bachelor degree in law, Management, Commerce with minimum 55% marks.CA with LLB or MBA.
