HPPSC Police Constable Notification 2026: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has invited online applications from the eligible candidates to apply for the Himachal Pradesh Police Constable posts. The commission has released the notification separately for male and female candidates on its website. Through this recruitment drive, HPPSC is going to fill a total of 734 vacant Constable posts, out of which 234 posts are for female candidates and 491 posts for male candidates. The application portal will remain open between 10 July 2026 to 06 August 2026 (till 11:59 pm). The Police Constable is a Class-III Non-Gazetted post in the state which offers a salary under Level-3 of the 7th Pay Commission ranging between Rs.20,200-64,000. The recruitment process involves four-stages- Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination, Document Verification (DV), and Medical Test.
