The University of Allahabad has opened the correction window for candidates who applied for PhD Admission 2026. Eligible applicants can make corrections to their submitted application forms through the university's official admission portal.
The correction facility is available from September 27 to September 28, 2026. Candidates who completed their registration and paid the required application fee can use the facility to modify details permitted by the university.

The university had started the PhD admission application process for the 2026-27 academic session on September 2. The registration deadline was September 25. Candidates who have successfully completed the registration process and paid the application fee can now review their forms and make corrections wherever the option is available.
However, the university has specified that certain details cannot be changed during the correction window. These include the application category, social category, email ID, mobile number and disability status/type.

5. Open the application form and select the correction facility.
6. Make changes to the details for which editing is permitted.
7. Review all the modified information carefully.
8. Submit the corrected application form.
9. Save or download the updated form for future reference.
Candidates are advised to complete all necessary corrections within the specified deadline, as the correction facility will be available only for the notified period.
