FNB Admissions 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the notification on the announcement of the counselling schedule for the final mop-up round for FNB Admissions 2025 on September 15, 2026. Candidates who wish to appear for the final round of counseling will need to visit the official website to apply and check the schedule here.
The official website to check the notice PDF is natboard.edu.in. Only those candidates who are already registered for the counseling and have not been allotted any seat during the First and/ or Second round of the Counseling, will be eligible to participate in the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling.

FNB Admission 2025: Schedule
The schedule of Final (Mop-up) Round of the online Centralized Merit Based counseling for 2025 Admission Session is as follow:

FNB Counselling 2026: Important Notes
- The seat matrix for Final (Mop-up) Round of the Counseling shall be published before the commencement of the said round of the Counseling.
- The hospitals are strictly advised to ensure that the joining/resignation status of all candidates is duly updated and kept current on the Counselling Portal at hadmin.nbe.edu.in/fnbadmin/doLogin.
- In case any candidate resigns before commencement of the Final (Mop-up) Round of Counselling, the concerned hospital shall ensure that the resignation details of such candidate are updated on the aforesaid Counselling Portal on or before September 17, 2026 till 5 PM for consideration of the resultant vacant seat for inclusion in the Final (Mop-up) Round of Counselling. Failure to update the resignation details within the stipulated timeline shall result in non-inclusion of the corresponding seat in the Final (Mop-up) Round of Counselling.
- Candidates are also advised to carefully go through the Flow chart indicating the process of allotting FNB seats in the Final (Mop-up) round of the Counseling for 2025 admission session.
- Candidates who fail to join their allotted (if allotted with seat) institution in the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling by the stipulated date i.e. October 1, 2026 will lose their FNB Seat & their First Year Course Fee shall be forfeited.
