IIT Delhi Executive Programme 2026: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched the second batch of its Executive Programme in Semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep-Tech Entrepreneurship. The six-month programme will be offered in online mode and is designed for working professionals, researchers, engineers and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking advanced knowledge of semiconductors, AI, photonics and deep-tech entrepreneurship.
According to the programme details, the IIT Delhi Executive Programme will begin on January 9, 2027, and conclude on June 12, 2027. The last date to apply for the programme is September 30, 2026. IIT Delhi has listed the programme under its Continuing Education Programme (CEP).

IIT Delhi AI and Semiconductor Programme: What Will Students Learn?
The IIT Delhi Executive Programme in Semiconductors, AI and Deep-Tech Entrepreneurship will cover three major areas: semiconductors, artificial intelligence and deep-tech entrepreneurship. The curriculum will also introduce participants to photonics, which uses light for communication and computing.
The six-month programme includes 80 hours of live online learning along with industry interactions, case studies and a two-day campus immersion.
The major modules covered under the programme are:

- Advanced semiconductor and electronic devices

IIT Delhi Executive Programme Fees
The total programme fee is Rs 1,50,000, excluding 18% GST. Candidates can also pay the programme fee in installments, according to the programme details. IIT Delhi Programme Certificate Participants who meet the attendance requirement will be eligible for a participation certificate.
A successful completion certificate will be issued to candidates who maintain at least 40% attendance and secure a minimum of 50% marks. The certificates will be issued digitally by the Continuing Education Programme (CEP), IIT Delhi.
