According to the press release, the vacant seat allotment process for admission to vacant seats after the second phase centralized allotment for the 3-Year LL.B. course in Government Law Colleges and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges in Kerala for 2026-27 has commenced on the website at cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates will need to follow the mentioned steps to register for Kerala LLB3 Vacant Seat Allotment 2026 online:

- Log in using your application number and password, access code to submit
- In the dashboard, click on the link to apply for vacant seats

CEE Kerala LLB3 Vacant Seat Allotment: Important Notes
- The candidates who get allotment in this phase shall have to join the allotted college with all the original certificates within the stipulated time to be announced by the Commissioner for Entrance and should remit applicable tuition fee, other fees and the deposits (if applicable) in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.
- If no seat is allotted to the candidate in the vacant seat allotment, the existing admission, if any, shall prevail, and if a seat is allotted to the candidate in the vacant seat allotment, the existing admission, if any, will stand cancelled and the candidate shall have to accept the new allotment.
- Probable vacancies which may arise due to the up-gradations of higher options or due to category conversions when the option processing for the vacant seat allotment takes place will also be filled up in the vacant seat allotment based on the options registered by the candidates for the vacant seat allotment, hence candidates are advised to take into account these probable vacancies also in addition to the real vacancies available at the start of the vacant seat allotment process.
- The seats received through vacant seat allotment cannot be changed at any instance.
- Candidates who are allotted a seat in the vacant seat allotment (irrespective of the admission status) will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.
- If candidates already admitted to the course through previous phases of allotment get an allotment through the Vacant Seat Allotment, current admission of the candidate will stand cancelled. Hence candidates should be very careful while giving options and should register options to only those colleges where they want to study for the course if they get an allotment.
- After the Vacant Seat Allotment, if vacancies exist/arise, these vacancies shall be filled through one or more rounds of Stray Vacancy allotment, the details of which will be notified later.
- Allotment shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./Bar Council of India/University concerned.
