Kerala MPharm 2026: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala released a notification on the commencement of online option entry for second phase of counseling for MPharm admissions on September 14, 2026. According to the press release, eligible candidates who have applied for the M.Pharm 2026 course can submit their options online through the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
Candidates who received an allotment in various pharmacy colleges during the first phase, as well as those who did not receive an allotment, can register their options online to be considered for the second phase. Online option registration is mandatory for those who wish to get admission in the Second Phase Allotment.

How to submit CEE Kerala MPharm 2026 Phase 2 Online Options?
To submit options, applicants must click on the 'M.Pharm 2026-Candidate Portal' link on the website, enter their Application Number and Password to access the Home Page, and then click on the 'Option Registration' menu to register their options online until September 17, 2026 till 5 PM.

Kerala MPharm 2026: Important Notes
- On the basis of options received till September 17, 2026, 5 PM the provisional allotment will be published on September 18, 2026.
- Candidates who receive an allotment in this phase shall have to take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee at the allotted college from September 22 to 24, 2026 and join the allotted course/college before 4 PM on September 24, 2026.
- The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded.
- If a candidate gets allotment in the second phase and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded.
- Option registration fee of the candidates who quit the seats after taking admission in the second phase will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded
