Documents Required for Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2026 Round 2 Reporting
The candidates can check following documents are required during the reporting period of Maharashtra NEET counselling 2026 round 2 -
- Provisional Allotment Letter: Downloaded from the official State CET Cell website.
- NEET UG 2026 Admit Card: Original NEET UG 2026 admit card.
- NEET UG 2026 Scorecard/Rank Letter: Original scorecard or rank letter.
- Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling Application Form: Copy of the completed online application form.
- Class 10 Marksheet and Passing Certificate: Required as proof of date of birth.
- Class 12 Marksheet and Passing Certificate: Required to verify educational eligibility.
- Nationality Certificate: Valid Indian Passport, School Leaving Certificate mentioning nationality, or certificate issued by a District Magistrate.
- Domicile Certificate: Issued by the competent authority in Maharashtra, where applicable for claiming the 85% state quota.
- School/College Leaving Certificate (TC): Issued by the last attended school or college.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: Certificate in the prescribed format and signed by a registered MBBS doctor.
- Valid Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or other valid government-issued ID.
- Passport-size Photographs: Carry 6-8 recent photographs matching the photograph uploaded during NEET UG registration.
- Original Documents and Photocopies: Candidates should carry all original documents along with 2-3 sets of self-attested photocopies.
- Caste and Category Certificate: If Applicable

- Visit the official website medical2026.mahacet.org
- Download the Round 2 allotment letter
- Carry your original documents, including NEET admit card, scorecard, domicile and category certificates
- Report physically to allotted college within the given time.
- Complete document verification and fee payment at the college
- Submit the Status Retention Form at college
