MAT September 2026: The online registration process for MAT September 2026 Computer-Based Test (CBT), organised by the All India Management Association (AIMA), shall formally come to an end today on September 14, 2026. Individuals who wish to seek admission in any one of the participating institutes for MBA & PGDM courses are required to complete their application forms on the official portal, mat.aima.in, before the last date.
The online application form process involves creating login credentials, entering academic as well as personal information, choosing up to 5 preferred B-schools, uploading scanned copies of recent passport-size photograph and signature, and paying non-refundable MAT exam fee of ₹2,300 through online mode. Individuals who have opted to appear for MAT CBT as well as PBT modes are required to make payment of ₹4,000 as registration fee. It should be noted that there is no provision of form correction facility offered by AIMA after submitting online application form. According to the official schedule, candidates registered for MAT CBT test would be able to download their admit card from September 17, 2026.

How To Apply for The MAT September 2026 CBT Registration
To apply for the MAT September 2026 CBT registration follow the steps given below:

Visit the official website of AIMA at mat.aima.in. Click on the ‘Apply’ tab to start the process of registration for CBT scheduled in September 2026.
Select ‘Register’ tab to provide personal data such as name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Verify your profile by using OTP sent via SMS/Email.
Login with your credentials and provide personal details, addresses, education details, and select up to 5 participating institutes of management that receive your scorecard.
Upload scanned images of your latest passport-sized photograph and signature as per the prescribed AIMA guidelines (.jpg/.jpeg file type only and white background for photograph).
Submit the non-refundable registration fee amounting to Rs 2,300 (single test mode) or ₹4,000 (dual test mode) through online modes such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Double-check the information entered by you to ensure there are no mistakes and click on ‘Submit’ button after final submission to download the confirmation page with transaction proof.
