The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will close the registration and fee payment window for NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling today, September 27. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS programmes through MCC’s undergraduate counselling can complete the Round 3 registration process through the official MCC counselling portal mcc.nic.in.
According to the MCC schedule, Round 3 registration and fee payment began on September 22 and will remain open until September 27, 2026. Candidates who have not registered for the third round are required to complete the process within the prescribed deadline.
NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment On September 30
The Round 3 choice-filling process will continue until September 28, giving registered candidates additional time to submit their preferred colleges and courses. Choice locking is scheduled from 7 pm on September 27 to 12 noon on September 28.
The MCC will conduct the Round 3 seat allotment processing on September 28 and 29. The NEET UG Round 3 seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on September 30, 2026. Candidates allotted seats in this round will have to report to their respective institutes between October 1 and October 9.

- Visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on "New Registration For UG Counselling 2026."
- Enter your NEET UG roll number and password.
- Once registered, apply for the round 3 counselling process and pay the required fees.
NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round Dates
Candidates who do not secure a seat in the earlier rounds will have another opportunity through the online stray vacancy round. As per the MCC schedule, registration and fee payment for the stray vacancy round will begin on October 12 and continue until October 14, 2026.
The choice-filling window will remain open from October 12 to October 15, up to 10 am. Choice locking will be available from 4 pm on October 14 to 10 am on October 15.
The NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round seat allotment result is scheduled for October 17, while candidates allotted seats will have to report to their respective colleges from October 19 to October 26, 2026.
The MCC has published the 2026 undergraduate counselling schedule on its official website. The committee’s schedule page lists the UG AIQ counselling schedule covering Rounds 2, 3 and 4.
