NTA Exam Calendar 2026–27: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has come out with the complete Examination Calendar for the forthcoming 2026-27 academic year, which mentions tentative dates of various major national level entrance, eligibility, and professional exams to be held between December 2026 and March 2027. According to the official schedule, the academic calendar starts with the December series of the UGC NET exam, to be held between December 14 and December 19, 2026, and will be followed by the Joint CSIR-UGC NET exam, to be conducted on December 20 and 21, 2026. With the transition of the calendar into January 2027, candidate assessment begins in various fields, starting with the NIFT Entrance Exam to be conducted on January 10, 2027.
One of the important events of the calendar, Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) Session 1, is to be held during two testing windows, namely, January 22-24 and January 28-30, 2027. Immediately thereafter, All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) will be held on January 31, 2027. Future managers will undergo the CMAT exam held on February 7, 2027, while future masters will undergo the CUET-PG exam that will take place over several days beginning from March 1 to 5, March 8, March 12 to 20, and March 24 to 25, 2027.
