BHU PMT 2016
Formally known as Bharat Hindu University Pre-Medical Test conducted by BHU. Eligible candidates can apply and appear for the BHU PMT 2016 after filling in the Online BHU PMT 2015 Application Form .BHU will be using All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) 2016 Socre for MBBS, BDS Courses Admission this year. Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University is the premier medical institution of this country. Note:According to the notification published by CBSE, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (UP) will be using the AIPMT 2015 score and rank for MBBS/BDS admission instead of conducting BHU PMT 2016.
About BHU PMT 2016:

BHU PMT 2016 application form:
Candidates seeking admission to MBBS/BDS course in the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU have to register themselves by applying directly to the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences in the prescribed application form made available by BHU & IMS website (www.bhu.ac.in / www.imsbhu.nic.in) along with the prescribed fee. However, the admission will be done strictly on the basis of their merit in the AIPMT examination.
The fee for registration for UG Courses was as follows.

Important Points For BHU-PMT 2016:
- Candidates are eligible for AIPMT regardless of the state of domicile
- Downloaded Application Form of BHU PMT 2015 along with demand draft in favor of “Director, IMS, BHU”, payable at Varanasi must reach the office of the IMS Directorate via registered/speed post only
- On the reverse of demand draft, mention name, number, address, mobile number
- Candidates who have registered for MBBS/BDS admissions must submit their AIPMT score card within 15 days after declaration of results
- Result must be submitted to the “Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi”
- Merely registration doesn’t guarantee admission in the MBBS/BDS courses as candidates will be screened for eligibility on the basis of scores in AIPMT 2015.

BHU PMT 2015 Eligibility Criteria:
It has been clearly stated that all the candidates eligible to write AIPMT 2015, are eligible for BHU PMT 2015 admission. So, the eligibility criteria of AIPMT is as below:
- Candidates should be a citizen of India. However, POI/ OCI may also apply
- Candidates must be, at least, 17 years old while applying, as on 31 December 2015
- Candidates must have cleared 10+2, from a recognized Board, with minimum of 50% marks in PCB.
- Relaxation of 5% is provided to SC/ ST candidates. Also, candidates should have English as
- core subject, in the qualifying exam
