JEE Mains Exam 2025: Candidates whose photographs need to be updated will be notified by the agency via email and SMS on their registered contact details.
JEE Mains 2025 Session 1: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has instructed candidates to upload a correct photograph for their JEE Mains 2025 application by January 17, 11:50 PM. If your photo needs to be changed, you will be notified via email and SMS. Steps for Candidates to follow for uploading photographs, Log in with your credentials and click the link to upload a new photograph.
Photograph Specifications:
- File Size: The image should be in 10 KB to 300 KB
- Type: The recent colour photo (without mask) with 80% face visible, including ears.
- Background: the Background of photograph should be White
- File Name: “Photograph” in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
- Spectacles: Specks are allowed in the photo only if worn regularly
- Photo Format: No Polaroid or computer-generated images allowed
Important Notes:
- Applications with unclear or incorrect photos will be rejected.
- Photographs do not need to be attested.
- Keep 6 to 8 passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Fabricated or edited photos will lead to rejection and be treated as unfair means.
