ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainee Exam Pattern 2025: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and Technician (Gr-II). A total of 80 vacancies are released for various GET posts, and 45 vacancies for the technician post through ECIL recruitment. Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts from May 16 to June 5, 2025. The candidates will be selected for the post based on their performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview (for GET)/Trade Test (for Technician). ECIL Graduate Engineer Trainee Personal Interview

The weightage for CBT & Personal interview shall be 85:15, respectively. Aspirants will have to obtain at least 50% marks in each selection round and a total of 60% to be considered for selection. Shortlisted aspirants will only be called for a Personal Interview at Hyderabad. They will be allowed to appear in the Personal Interview process only after completing the Document Verification process.

ECIL Technician Trade Test

As per the official notification, the weightage for CBT & Trade Test is 85:15, respectively. Aspirants must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each stage and 60% overall to be eligible for selection. Only the shortlisted aspirants will be called for the Trade Test at Hyderabad. They can participate in the Trade Test process only after successful completion of the document verification.

ECIL Document Verification

The ECIL document verification will be conducted before the Trade Test/Personal Interview on the same day. Candidates must carry their Hall Ticket along with Govt. ID Proof, i.e Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, etc. During the verification, they must submit the following documents in original with a set of self-attested photocopies. Failure to do so will lead to rejection of their candidature.

• An online registered application form duly signed and with a recent colour passport-size photo. 
• Call Letter for Interview/Trade Test
• Matriculation / 10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating the Date of Birth
• ITI Marks sheet & Certificate (NTC) in applicable Trade (Only for Technician Post)
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificates, if applicable
• Caste Certificate, if applicable
