- Manager (Security): Degree or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Ex. Jr. Commissioned officer of Indian armed forces or equivalent Para Military Forces not below the rank of Subhedar/Major. Minimum 8 yrs. post retirement exp. of supervising security arrangements in an Industry.
