NEET UG 2026 Registration: The National Testing Agency will close the NEET UG 2026 registration window on March 8, 2026. Candidates interested in appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG 2026 can visit the official website to register and apply.

Candidates must note that with just 2 days remaining for the window to close, it is important that aspirants complete the registration process within the given deadline. According to the schedule, the NEET UG 2026 registration and application window will remain open until 11:50 PM. Registrations received after the deadline will not be considered.

NEET UG 2026 Registration: How to Apply

The NEET UG 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 3, 2026. In order to appear for the exams, it is mandatory for candidates to complete the registration and NEET UG application process. Follow the steps provided below to apply for NEET UG 2026. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of NEET UG 2026

Step 2: Click on the registration link

Step 3: Click on New Registration and enter all required details

Step 4: Fill out the online application form

Step 5: Upload all necessary documents

Step 6: Submit the NEET UG Registration fee

Step 7: Save and click on submit

Details to be Entered in NEET UG 2026 Applications

Before submitting application form candidates need to keep the following information ready

  • Father/Mother and Candidate with correct spellings 

  • Aadhaar Card/Passport number/ PAN Card number

  • Date of Birth certificate

  • Class X, XII Marks Sheet/Certificate

  • Address proof

  • Mobile Number

  • Email id

NEET UG Registration 2026: Images to be Uploaded

Scanned images of the following need to up uploaded in the NEET UG application form as per the size mentioned.

  • The recent passport-size photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible, including ears, against a white background. 80% area of the image should be the candidate’s face. The photograph should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible) between 10 kb to 200 kb. 

  • Signature file should be in JPG/JPEG format between 10 kb and 100 kb 

  • Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions.  File size must be between 50 kb and 300 kb.

  • A scanned copy of the Category Certificate (if applicable) should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb. 

  • A scanned copy of Class X or Equivalent Certificate should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb. 

  • A scanned copy of Class-X or Equivalent Marks-sheet should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb 

  • If Class -X or Equivalent Marks are in CGPA, then a scanned copy of the Conversion / Equivalent Certificate should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb.

  • Scanned copy of Identity Proof (for those candidates who will verify their identities through methods other than Aadhaar or DigiLocker) should be in the format JPG/JPEG between 10 kb and 200 kb. 

  • A scanned copy of the PwD/PwBD/UDID certificate (if applicable) should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb. 

  • A scanned copy of Address Proof (Present and Permanent) should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb. 

  • Scanned copy of NRI / OCI/ Foreigner Certificate/ Documentary Proof (for candidates with nationality other than Indian) should be in pdf format between 50 kb and 300 kb. 

  • The size of the scanned signature of the scribe should be between 10 kb and 100 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable. 

  • The size of the scanned qualification certificate of the scribe should be between 50 kb and 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable

  • The size of the scanned undertaking for using your own scribe should be between 50 kb and 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable.

  • The size of the scanned Identity Proof should be between 50 kb and 300 kb (clearly legible).

  • The size of the scanned Certificate of Physical limitation to write, wherever applicable, should be between 50 kb and 300 kb (clearly legible).

The NEET UG 2026 application window will be available until 11:50 PM on March 8, 2026. Aspirants who wish to appear for the medical entrance exam must make sure they complete the application before the deadline. The NEET UG advance city intimation slip and the NEET UG 2026 admit card will be issued only to those candidates who successfully complete the NEET UG application process.
