UPSEE is an abbreviation used for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination. UPSEE was conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University on 16-April-2017. It was conducted in online mode. The results of UPSEE 2017 were declared on 29th May 2017. This exam access you to take admission in B.Tech, MBA, MCA, B.Arch and also can provide lateral entry in B.Tech, B.Pharma and MCA courses.
The counseling of UPSEE began from 24th June 2017. The counseling was divided into 5 rounds.
Candidates were allotted seats through UPSEE 2017 counseling as per their rank in the entrance test.
5th round of seat allotment result was declared on 2nd Aug 2017.
Spot round is the bonus round. It is done after all the rounds of counseling when some seats remain vacant after the whole admission procedure due to various reasons like seat withdrawl etc.
In this round university called the applicants according to their ranks where they are given choice amongst the branches available for admission. They choose and this procedure continues till the seats are vacant.
