SSC GD Constable 2017 Notification & Online Application Delayed from Schedule in Exam Calender

SSC GD Constable 2017 exam notification and online application is delayed from the official schedule announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in its exam calender for for 2017. As per the official website ssc.nic.in, there is no notification issued in this regard.

SSC GD Constable 2017 exam notification and online application is delayed from the official schedule announced by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in its exam calender for for 2017. As per the official website ssc.nic.in, there is no notification issued in this regard.

Central Government recruitment body, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was expected to release SSC Constable (GD) 2017 Exam Notification today at its official website ssc.nic.in. As per the media reports the approximate number of posts in SSC GD Constable 2017 is around 57000 vacancies in various paramilitary forces on the rank of constable.

Earlier, the SSC announced to release official notification for SSC Constable (GD) Exam 2017 on 05 August 2017 in its examination calender available on official website. This examination carries 57000 vacancies to be filled up in ITBP, BSF, CISF, CRPF, Assam Rifles on the rank of constable.

Online Application & Registration for SSC Constable (GD) 2017 Exam is planned to continue till 04 September 2017 while the examination is scheduled to be held during 30 January 2018 to 05 February 2018.

As per the revised tentative schedule released by the commission, the online application form will be available till 04 September 2017. The examination for SSC Constable (GD) will commence from 30 January 2018 to 05 February 2018. The recruitment of Constable will be held on the basis of Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written test and medical test. The examination will be computer based and will contain objective type questions.

Candidates must have graduation degree/diploma/10th Pass from a recognised board or educational institute to apply for SSC Constable (GD) Exam 2017. The age limit of the candidates should be between 18 to 23 years of age. Age relaxation is application as per the government rules for reserved category candidates.
