The Indian Institute of Mass Communication has introduced a new MA program in New Media Communications. It is a two-year program that offers a detailed understanding of how digital technologies are changing information creation, delivery, and consumption. The candidates who are seeking to pursue theri higher education in the field of Mass Communication and from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication can now apply for the MA in New Media Communication program by visiting the official website of IIMC or the iimc.admissions.nic.in. The counselling for the first round of seat allotment for the Masters and Postgraduate program of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication begun on May 28, 2025.
