Air India Express has launched a festive season offer for students who plan to travel within India. Under this Air India Express student offer 2026 students can get a 10 per cent discount on domestic Value fares. They can also carry more baggage than usual and get a low cost option to change their travel date. Air India Express Student Offer 2026 Benefits and Booking Details
The biggest highlight of the Air India Express student offer 2026 is the 10 per cent discount on domestic Value fares. Along with this students can carry up to 25 kg baggage instead of the usual 15 kg. This means they get an extra 10 kg baggage allowance which can be very helpful during festive travel or when carrying study material and personal items.
Students who book directly through the Air India Express website or mobile app also get another useful benefit. They can change their travel date for just Rs 99. The airline has also said that customers who book domestic or international flights directly on its website or app can get an extra 5 per cent discount by using the VIBES code. This extra code based discount will apply as per the airline’s terms and conditions.
Who Can Use the Offer and What Other Discounts Are Available
To use the student offer the traveller must be at least 12 years old. The student must also carry a valid student photo ID issued by a recognised educational institution. The ID must clearly mention the student’s name and date of birth. This document will need to be shown during check in at the airport.
Apart from the student scheme Air India Express is also running another booking offer. Customers can get up to Rs 600 off on domestic and international flight bookings if they use eligible Visa debit or credit cards. For this they need to use the VISAFLY code. This card offer is available till October 9 2026.
Air India Express has said that it operates more than 500 flights every day. The airline connects 48 domestic destinations and 16 international destinations. Its fleet includes more than 100 Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft. For students looking for lower fares and extra baggage this festive offer can be a practical travel option.
