Assam NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has started the NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling registration today, September 28. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses under Assam state quota seats can complete the registration process online through the official DME Assam website. The registration window will remain open until October 1, 2026, up to 11:55 PM. 

Candidates who wish to participate in the third round of Assam NEET UG counselling must complete registration within the prescribed deadline. Only candidates who successfully register for Round 3 will be eligible to proceed to the choice-filling stage and be considered for seat allotment.
