NEET MDS 2026 Round 2 Registration Begins Today at mcc.nic.in: Check Last Date, Schedule, Choice Filling

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the NEET MDS 2026 Round 2 counselling registration process today, September 15. Eligible candidates seeking admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes can register online through the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in. The registration and payment facility for Round 2 will remain available till September 19, 2026.

The second round of NEET MDS counselling will cover 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats as well as 100% seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities and Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), as per the counselling schedule. Candidates who are eligible to participate in Round 2 should complete registration and fee payment within the given timeline.

The last date to register for NEET MDS 2026 Round 2 counselling is September 19, 2026. Candidates must also complete the prescribed payment within the registration window.

Aspirants should avoid waiting until the last day to register or pay the counselling fee, as incomplete registration or unsuccessful payment may prevent them from participating in the subsequent choice-filling process.

The choice-filling process will begin on September 16 and will continue till September 20, 2026. Candidates who complete the registration process can enter their preferred MDS colleges and specialisations during the choice-filling window.

4. Log in using the required NEET MDS credentials

7. Pay the applicable counselling fee
8. Submit the registration form
9. Save or download the confirmation page for future reference
10. Participate in choice filling from September 16

Which Seats Are Covered Under NEET MDS Round 2?

MCC's NEET MDS counselling covers 50% All India Quota seats along with seats in specified central institutions and deemed universities. The Round 2 schedule also includes seats under Deemed/Central Universities and AFMS.

Candidates should check the Round 2 seat matrix released by MCC before filling their choices. The official MCC portal currently lists the final AIQ, Deemed and DU/IP/BHU/AMU seat matrices for MDS counselling.
