Key Exam Guidelines & Instructions for Students
- Mandatory Documents: Students must carry their original WB HS Semester III Admit Card along with their official School Identity Card for entry into the exam hall.
- Reporting Time: Candidates are advised to arrive at the allotted exam center at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam.
- OMR Sheet Evaluation: The Semester III examination consists of Multiple Choice Questions, which candidates must mark on the provided OMR answer sheets using black or blue ballpoint pens.
- Strict Ban on Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the center.
- Enhanced Security & Supervision: WBCHSE has deployed two invigilators per exam room maintaining a 1:20 invigilator-to-student ratio, alongside designated Council Nominees at every exam center to ensure smooth and fair administration.
