
CBSE Term 1 Date Sheet 2022 Tomorrow: As per the official notification, the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will release CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam Date Sheet for Term 1 exams tomorrow i.e. on 18th October 2021. The CBSE Term 1 Exam Date Sheet will be released online and made available to the students digitally in the form of a PDF document. The Exam Date sheet will be published online and will be available for access online via the official website i.e. www.cbse.gov.in. As of now the board has not notified any specific timing for the release of CBSE 10th and 12th Term 2 Exam Date Sheet, but whenever it is released, it will be made available to via the direct link placed below:

Key Things to Know about CBSE Term 1 Exam 2022 Date Sheet
With the CBSE Board releasing the Class 10 and 12 Date Sheets for the upcoming exam tomorrow, it is important for students, parents and other stakeholders to be aware of a few important things about it. This includes the major changes introduced by CBSE in the Board Exam Pattern by splitting it into two terms i.e. Term 1 (Nov-Dec 2021) Term 2 (March- April 2022).
- Offline Exams: The most important thing for students to note about CBSE Term 1 Exam is that the exams will be held in offline mode at designated exam centres.
- Exam Pattern and Format: The Term 1 of CBSE Board Exam 2022 will be held as an objective test which will consist of MCQs / Multiple Choice Questions, which will be asked in the exam. The paper would be of 90 minutes and it would amount for 50% of the total theory component for a particular subject.
- Morning Session Exam: As per the details shared by the CBSE so far, the Term 1 Exam papers would be held in the morning session i.e. Exam will commence at 11:30 AM and conclude at 1 PM in the afternoon. Apart from then 90 minutes duration of the exam, students will be provided additional 20 minutes to read the question paper before the start of the exam.
- Major and Minor Subjects: The latest notification of CBSE states that the Term 1 Exam would be further divided into exam for major and minor subjects. The subject will be termed as major depending on the number of students enrolled for it. The notification states that the examination for minor subjects will commence from 15th November while exam for all major subjects will begin from 24th November 2021.
- Term 1 Exams Mandatory: Taking into account the challenge of the pandemic, CBSE Board decided to split the annual exam into two terms; this makes Term 1 Exam mandatory for all the students. The result or marks secured by students in Term 1 Exam will be be considered for the computation of final CBSE Class 10, 12 Result 2022 in April/May; and therefore will play a vital role in their overall result.
- OMR Sheet Evaluation: As part of the exam process, exam centres and schools will be required to evaluate the OMR sheets of students for Term 1 Exams at the centres and upload the responses marked by candidates on CBSE Servers on the same day of the exam. Based on this the CBSE Board will award the final marks to the students.
- No Pass or Fail Result: CBSE Term 1 Exam 2022 Result will be declared soon by the Board. However, the result will not mention pass or fail status for any student as this is just part of a larger two session exam. The Term 1 Result of CBSE Board Exam 2022 will only consist of the score secured by the student in the examination.
