50000 government job vacancies to be filled up in Haryana soon

During a meeting with the 2013 batch of officers of Haryana Civil Services recently, the Chief Minister of Haryana said that the state would recruit in 50000 vacancies in various departments and ministries soon. He informed the media and officers present that the process for the same has already been started and soon there would be people taking over the roles for smooth functioning of the state affairs.

He further stated that the vacancies that are presently active, should be filled with employees working on temporary basis on contract for an year in the different departments. He also suggested that the recruitment of contractual employees should get started as soon as possible.

Stating about the transparency he is trying to build up in the state run ministries and offices, Khattar said that the Regional Transport Authority offices in the state are being made operational online. This would give prominence to free and fair issuing of license to the applicant without any red-tapism and corruption in the office. He further stated that the rules for making maps of buildings are also getting simplified to promote infrastructure development in the state.
