This is the most important thing since this is the most neglected part during the exam preparation. Never ever neglect your daily sleep because it will affect your brain and cognitive ability. In a nutshell, it will nullify the hard work you are putting in for the examination.
During the exam days, aspirants are always confined to study and that is why a lot of problems occur during these days. It is advisable to have some light exercises every day without fail. You should not sit constantly for long hours and should stretch in between study hours.
A balanced diet
It is very common that your food habits are changed due to the stress and this generally takes place if you are staying away from home. You should have proper quantity of protein, Iron, Vitamin etc. in your daily diet so that so that there is no defieciency of nutrients in your body.

Do not study continuously

Though there is no strict rule regarding the hours of study, studying for around 12 hours is recommended if you are starting from the scratch.
