Educational Qualification

Candidates need a Class 12 pass along with the prescribed Hindi shorthand, CPCT, and computer-related qualifications.

Candidates must have qualified CPCT with Hindi typing and completed an eligible computer diploma, degree, or COPA course.

Subedar (Ministerial) Stenographer: A Hindi shorthand speed of 100 words per minute is required.

ASI (Ministerial): The same shorthand requirement is not prescribed, but CPCT Hindi typing and a computer qualification are required.
